あかい、のを選んで
柿と貝柱わさび和え
On pile of fluffy fallen leaves
I found a 'momiji' that would
go well with the Raku Bowl by
a French ceramicist.
Persimmon, scallops, carrot
and 'myouga' dressed with
sesame paste/soy sauce/
wasabi preserved in sake lees/
some finely chopped 'negi'
