餃子と出西ｼｭｯｻｲ窯の皿-Crispy Pan-Fried Gyoza

いつかの夏、出雲の
出西窯を訪ねたっけ
別の夏、イギリスの
St.IvesにLeach窯を
（当時、工房は再建前）

餃子を焼く時は湯が
先で油はそのあとだ
ずっと逆だったけど

Add some water to steam
the gyoza for about 2 minutes
or until most of the water evaporates.
Add some oil to fry brown them.
