牛肉、だとわかってればこそ
うまいが、美しくはない色だ
黄と緑と白に助けられた牛丼

Gyudon, a bowl of rice topped
with beef, which loses it red color
when fully cooked.
So spinach, egg and tofu must
retain their attractive color.
