刺し子で布巾-Sashiko-Stitched Fukin

いただいてしまってあった
むかしの浴衣、粋で柔らか
袖ほどいてちくちく雨の日

On a rainy day
I pulled out an old nicely worn
yukata, summer cotton kimono,
and began to unstitch and remove
the sleeves to make them into dish cloth.
