I had some chicken broth left,
which seasons okara(soybean lees)
very well.
okara/milk/broth/red pepper/
soy sauce/carrot/chicken/
negi leek/konnyaku/kelp.....
Stir fry until most of the liquid has
evaporated away or to your liking.
