on a day like yesterday, when
ほとんどおんなじ、こんな日は

▲Before dawn, 夜明け前
　knead the dough 足で生地こね
　with my feet and fold it, 畳んで
　repeat this　　　　　　またこね
　and let it rest　　　　　寝かせる
>
△knead previously frozen/ 凍って溶けて
　thawed clay and fold it, ばさばさ粘土こね
　repeat this　　　　　　　畳んでまたこね
　and let it rest　　　　　　寝かせる
>
▲Roll out the udon dough 太麺棒でのばし
　and cut it 　　　　　　　切る
△Roll out the clay 　　　　麺棒でのばして
　and cut out 　　　　　　切り抜く
