魚やさんで、刺身盛り合わせ
錦糸玉子焼いて、散らし寿司

Yesterday I bought 'assorted sashimi'
at the fish store, and made Chirashi-zushi,
which is literally 'scattered sushi'.

This plate is a little deformed,
one of those I made for a sushi restaurant.
Making plates can be tricky,
especially large ones with legs.
