夕暮れに「あんきも」とウィスキー- Whisky with Monkfish Liver

「デリケートな」というほかに
なんといったら、いいのでしょう
ほのかに甘い、「とろり」が、
ひとしずくの酒と、からまる

そうして気分よく、夕ごはんを
かなり即興で、こしらえていく


Monkfish liver is referred to as le foie gras de la mer (foie gras from the sea).
It melts as I let the slightest drip of whisky pass my tongue.
---- pale orangey pink color, soft texture, peculiar earthy flavor, and sweetness at the back of my mouth.........
I feel great and cook dinner improvisationally.
