生林檎ケーキ型-My Apple Must Crunch

かじったら、もっさり
がっかり、焼いちゃお

It should have firm, juicy flesh and
a sweet intensity. But a bag of apples
I bought this week didn't.




あまり出番がなかった
耐熱土でつくった浅皿
ブルーベリーのシロップ
煮詰めて塗るとっ林檎色

So I baked a raw apple cake
in a shallow baking pan I made.
