チョコ風ケーキ-Chocolate- like Cake

夏みかんのマーマレード
苦いのなんとかなんない
かなてなことでケーキに

「人参→マーマレード」ケーキ
homemade marmalade 1/3 cup
flour 100g
baking soda 1/2 tsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
coco powder+instant coffee
egg 1
sugar 50g
Palestine olive oil 4 tbsp
Raisin 40g
cinnamon/nutmeg
*Bake at 170℃ for 25 minutes/let it cool before taking out of the pan

Natsu-mikan(literally summer orange) marmalade
has been stored in the refrigerator for quite a while.
It is a little too bitter for my taste. What about a cake?
