甘エビチリ-Spicy Shrimp in White Bowl

がっちりと重たい浅鉢
多分いちばんよく使う

甘エビ、いつもは刺身
頭、ミキサーで砕いて
粉と団子にして揚げる、が
きのうは丸ごと揚げた
痛かったがいい味だっ

Deep fried whole (heads, antennae, shells and all) shrimps
were very tough and difficult to chew, but tasted great!
