デカッ、あぶらげ-Deep Fried Tofu

新潟の、山あいの豪雪地
栃尾、江戸末期より名物
美しい棚田と湧水の風景、かぁ
いつか歩いてみたいなぁ

I eat "tofu" or "aburage" almost every day.
This is the biggest I've ever seen, which is
given as souvenir from Tochio, Niigata.
