ラベンダー畑まで
しめった水辺を歩いた
水鳥のふん、と
あら、
「きれいな?」湖畔の風景、だねえ
しゃがみこんで
ドラム缶の「赤錆」（錆びは大好きだけれど）と煙草の吸い殻
風景は、時間

walked on the muddy lakeshore
found a 'beautiful?" landscape
"rust(, which acutally attracts me) on the drum and cigarette end"
landscape IS 'time'

煙草の吸い殻、捨てるやつ
じつは風景に無関心

ゴミの話は、やめ

ラベンダー・咲いて
あのおとなっぽい？甘い香り
風にのってやってきた

Cigarette butts are litter dropped by adults,
who enjoy the "landscape" but yet don't care about it.
Let's stop talking about 'rubbish'

Lavender is in full bloom.
The spicy sweet fragrance is drifting with the wind
