I have a real passion for cooked apples.
ストーブの上で、水気がなくなるまで
cook on stove until most of liquid is gone

冬は火に近くなる closer to fire in winter
炎は、なんだかほっこりする flame soothes my feeling and
不思議な気持になる creates a whole new emotion
火を発見した人たちに「ありがとう」
I want to say thank you to those who discovered a way to make fire
