ベルガモット・かくも美しき花びら-Bergamot for Dressing a Salad?

ベルガモット・咲きだした
海のように、と、想い
春、ひっこぬいては移植して
どこでも根付く、強靱な、花

花びら、サラダに散らす
葉と四角の茎、手のひらでポン
ポットに暑い湯そそぎ、香りいただく

I rarely use the word 'beautiful', which sounds too ordinary,
but I can't think of another more suitable word than 'beautiful'
for these pedals.
I am waiting to see a sea of purple/white/pink bergamot in the woods.
