ふっくら炊いた餅米（8+コシヒカリ2）
すりこぎ棒でつき、塩水手でまるめる

練り上げたあんこ
手のひらにひろげ
団子ふんわり包む

胡麻を煎って擂った鉢で
あん包んだ団子ころがす

I made 'Ohagi' as autumn is just around the corner.
The left one is a sticky rice ball softly wrapped with sweet bean paste.
The right with bean paste inside coated with sesame seeds.
