泥漿で板作り-Casting Slip

干上がった半磁器鋳込み泥漿
夏の間、水でふやかしといた

硬めにもどした、のを練って
かたちにするが、へたり気味
珪酸ソーダで手も荒れてきたゾ

I made a slab plate with
'casting slip' that has dried
out to become apparently
solid for an experiment.
It was difficult to handle,
and sodium silicate(alkaline)
seems to damage the skin.
