肉詰めカボチャ-Stuffed Pumpkin

豚ミンチと大豆水煮
冷凍庫から出しては
おいたものの......さて

カボチャを二つに割って
種を取り出したところで
そうだっ、詰めて蒸そう！！

皿に残った肉汁は
出汁醤油+中華スープ+チーズ
+ハーブミックス+豆板醤・味が
からんで、ごはんを入れた、うまー

It was only after I cut the pumpkin
into half that this recipe came to me.
The meat juice left in the bowl was
so savory I put some steaming rice....Yummy!
